How Does Our Shipping Work?

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Once your order has been processed you will receive your tracking number. Please allow 7-25 business days for delivery depending on location of the warehouse your product is being shipped from, in some cases delivery can take up to 45 business days depending on location and other circumstances that are out of our control.

Most products will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to know that there are certain circumstances that are beyond our control.


Do You Provide A Tracking Number?

Yes, you will receive your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped via the email you provided during checkout. You will typically receive your tracking number 1-3 business days after your order has been processed.



Where Are My Items Coming From?

To save our customers money we ship our products directly from two warehouses. These locations include the United States and China.

 

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

For logistical reasons, items may be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions please contact us.


Custom Charges

All orders are subject to customs charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to.

We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. Usually a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until the charge has been paid.

Customs charges are the buyers responsibility. We are not able to refund any customs charges.

 

Where Is My Order?

Once your order is processed (typically 2-5 business days from your order date) you will receive a tracking number via the email you entered at checkout to be able to track your order. 

If you did not receive your tracking number after 3 days, please reach out and we will be happy to look into your order.

If you have not received you order within the stated time frame above, please reach out to us at contact@littleuniqueshop.com and we will look into your order.


How Do I Cancel My Order?

We understand that things happen. If this happens, please email us as soon as possible at contact@littleuniqueshop.com and we will do our best to try and resolve your issue.

If your order has already entered the shipping process, unfortunately we will not be able to stop the order or make any changes to your order.
